We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bonamanzi, all staff members being very friendly and efficient. The rooms were very comfortable and the attention to detail inviting and thoughtful. The meals were delicious and enjoyed by all of us. We really appreciated the response to the request for "mieliepap" which was then served at our second breakfast. A highly recommendable facility. Thank you very much.

Definitely think that there should be more meal options available - not only buffet or at least the option to have a one or a two course meal instead of the mandatory three course. More sun loungers by the pool would be nice and waiting service at the pool and on the viewing deck would be an added bonus.

Made to feel welcome on our arrival.Tree house set in it's own clearing. Excellent cruise on the Hluhluwe River, Emmanuel had an excellent eye for spotting birds. Enjoyed the freedom to walk and cycle in the very beautiful reserve.
