Cancellation Policy:

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.

Terms and Conditions

*The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
*The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.
* Bookings will only be secured if we receive a deposit of 50% which should be payable within 24 hours of receiving the quote.
* We take an additional R300.00 breakage deposit per unit in cash on arrival which is refunded on departure after we have done an inspection of the rooms & the keys are returned.
* Check-in time is from 14H00 onwards.
* Check-out time is by 10H00. If you are arriving later than 18H00, you will need to notify the establishment of this.
* Late check-outs and early check-ins are only permitted by prior arrangement, and extra charges of R50 per hour apply.

Minimum stay policy applies peak season and long weekends:
* 3 nights applicable between 22 December to 2 Jan.
* 2 nights from 14 December - 21 December
* 2 nights - over Easter Weekend and long weekends
* Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. Strict noise policy applies from 10 pm to 7am
