The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and an open plan living area that is furnished with a large L-shaped couch that faces the flat screen TV as well as sliding doors that open onto the balcony.  The balcony boasts a weber with outside seating for two.

-  Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, 20% of the deposit will be charged.
-  Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
