Cancellation Policy:

- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

Terms and Conditions

* We trust that guests will look after our home as they will do their own.
* No parties or noise will be allowed inside the apartment, or in common areas. Guests may be subject to paying a fine or will be removed from the property.
* This is a no-smoking apartment.
* A damage deposit of R1000,00 will be charged before arrival and refunded 14 days after checking out. Guests will be liable for any damage or fines exceeding the damage deposit. Any damage to the property must be reported within the first 6 hours after checking in.
* Exit cleaning and linen is charged at R650. Guests that book for 7 days or more is offered a complementary clean and linen change during their stay.
* Daily service cleaning can be booked with the agent prior to arrival at a fee of R250,00 per basic clean.

From King Shaka International Airport: - This route has tolls. - Exit the airport; - Head south on Mdloti Street/M65 and continue to follow the M65 for 2.3 km; - Keep left at the fork, merge onto the N2 and proceed for 13.7 km; - Take exit 210 towards the M4/Ballito/Compensation and proceed for 550 m; - Use any lane to turn right onto Ballito Drive towards Ballito, travelling through a traffic circle, and proceed for 3.2 km; - Turn right onto Minerva Road South Road and proceed for 130 m; - Turn left onto Hawkins Road and proceed for 260 m; - Turn left onto Compensation Beach Road and proceed for 76 m - Unit 13 The Bay is located in the Bay complex, on the right at 96A Compensation Beach Road.
