This gracious, four star turn-of-the-century establishment lies just off the hustle and bustle of Sea Points Main Road in one of the quiet suburban streets of Fresnaye, in Cape Town.

The sunny front garden is an artful display of indigenous plants, herbs and roses that invite one to idle away the morning, whilst the intimate back garden provides a cozy setting for the charming garden cottage. It is also readily equipped for relaxation and barbecues with beautiful vines cleverly trained over a wooden pergola to provide shade for the patio.

This spacious 2bedroom apartment is  ideal for two couples or a family of four.
The apartment  has 2 large bedrooms . two bathrooms, one en suite, the other with the original Victorian Bath and look.
The large lounge has dining space for 8.  and private balcony  to relax after a busy day in Cape Town,  The kitchen is fully equipped.

Set on the first floor, this spacious 1-bedroom apartment is ideal for a couple or family on vacation.

 The Garden cottage has 1 bedroom comfortably sleeping 2 in  a queen size bed.

To get there from the airport:
Take the N2 into Cape Town. At Groote Schuur Hospital (on your right) make sure you are in the right-hand lanes as the road splits a little further up. Follow signs to the city center and V&A Waterfront. Take the Strand Street turnoff (left-hand turn). Continue straight along Strand Street, past the main city station and cross Adderley Street, St Georges Street and Buitengracht Street. Strand Street then becomes High Level Road. Stay on this road for a further 4 km. Turn right into St Johns Road. Turn sharp left at the first set of traffic lights, into Main Road, Sea Point. First left into Irwinton Road. Barry Hall is no 6 - Historical Building  on the right-hand side .
