We have our beautiful beaches a safe walking distance or short driving distance from the B&B. There are several mountain biking and hiking trails. You can go diving at Aliwal Shoal, surfing in the waves and swim in the lagoon of Scottburgh main beach (with lifeguards). There are several golf courses, and the vibrant city of Durban is a 45-minute drive away. If you like nature we have Vernon Crooks Reserve a 15-minute drive from here or Oribi Gorge and Lake Eland Reserve an hour’s drive to the south.
Bare Feet Retreat is situated in the sub tropical area of South Africa (there is no malaria).
A deposit of 50% of all total nights spend at our B&B will be necessary to guarantee your reservation. The balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival at Bare Feet Retreat. Additional costs like beverages, excursions, etc. will be settled prior to departure. Cancellations before 2 weeks of date of arrival at the lodge will incur a loss of 50% of the deposit held. Cancellations within 2 weeks of date of arrival 100% loss of deposit held.

Cardholder, ID/Passport is required at check-in / preferably prior to arrival. The credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in.
From King Shaka International Airport Get on N2 from M65 Head northeast Keep right Turn left onto Mdloti St/M65 Keep right at the fork and merge onto N2 Follow N2. Take exit 110 from N2 Merge onto N2 Take exit 110 towards Dududu/R102/Scottburgh. Turn left until T-junction. Turn first road left into Freeland Park. Turn first left, first right and first right again into Bushy Grove. 4th House on the left, 7 Bushy Grove is Bare Feet Retreat B&B
