I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, though very short. Hannah who welcomed me was very warm and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean and beautiful. My room was very neat and spacious and I so much enjoyed the view of the pool and garden, and listening to the sound of water via my bedroom windows. I had a very restful sleep on the 2 nights I spent. Unfortunately I couldn't stay for any of the massages and treatments because I stayed over the weekend and only got back to the hotel in the evening. Shelley was wonderful at breakfast time and it was also good and healthy. I will book again next time I go to Cape Town and I can have the massages as well.

A very nice accommodation with high professionalism among the staff members. The hotel provides everything one can need for business or leisure. Its unfortunate that I was there for short period of time but next time I visit Capetown Banksia will be my first choice. Thanks to Shelly and the staff of Banksia hotel.
