Terms and conditions.
All rates quoted are per room, per night inclusive of VAT.
1) Our Check in time is 16:00 and Check out time is 10:00.
2) A R200 key and remote control deposit is charged to your account on arrival, this will be reversed on check-out upon return of the key and remote control.
3) An inventory will be done upon arrival and departure, any breakages will be charged for.
4) All units are self-catering
5) All guests are requested to minimise noise levels from 10pm onwards as per the Parks Board rules
6) Transfers: Please advise us at least 48hours prior to the arrival date of any transport requirements.
7) Pilanesberg National Park Gate fee at R80.00 per person and R40.00 per car.
8) We require a minimum of two night stay on a weekend (i.e Friday & Saturday).
9) All bookings are subject to availability.
10) Full pre-payment of accommodation amount is required within 7 days of making a reservation, in order to secure your booking.
11) Should you wish to make payment via credit card please note that the credit card used to make payment needs to be presented upon check-in at the hotel or lodge.
