are individually decorated with a unique decor and comfortable
furniture, boasting sea views and private entrances. Rooms feature television (open-view),
microwave, cutlery, coffee and tea, bar fridge and patio. The Family
Units additionally has a fully equipped kitchen, 4 beds and sharing a bathroom. All units are serviced daily and have access to a
stunning garden and barbecue equipment.
Self-Catering Unit 4: 60 sqm.
Has an Open plan area, divided in 2 areas with 2 beds each (2 single beds and 2 2/3 beds) and a lounge area.

Safety -
All safety rules must be obeyed and practised whether displayed or in common sense.
In case of being unsure, call the person on duty.
In case of medical assistance call the person on duty.
Never work on any electrical / water / gas points or equipment.
All minors (under 18 years) must be supervised.
Always keep hygiene in mind you have friends around you.
No open or uncontrolled fires.
Keep the main entrances locked.
Please declare if you have any weapons of any sort.

We can not be held responsible for any kind of injury, accident, fire, theft, or loss of any kind at or related to visiting Avondrust.
Registration -
Occupants must complete the registrar with required detail on arrival. False information is regarded as fraud and will be treated as such.
Only registered occupants allowed on premises.
Visitors only allowed by consent of management. (They need to show and record visual proof of identification). This action is required to help ensure safety and security.
You will be responsible for the safe keep and return of keys and any other items handed to you before departure.
Environment -
By law this is a smoke free zone. No smoking in units, or any area under roof.
No illicit drugs, alcohol abuse, excessive noise and disturbances allowed at Avondrust.
Avondrust will take actions at own discretion and could lead to eviction and arrests.
Avondrust reserve the right to enter any booked or otherwise area at any time.
Never disturb wild animals, birds or damage plants.
General -
Don not use the free WiFi for any malicious communication or pornographic media and never leave any equipment or mobile phone unattended connected to the wifi or power supply.
We depend on peoples honesty to report any mishaps soonest so that we can rectify the situation.
Please conserve energy and water. Resources are at a critical low state.
Outstanding payments must be made at registration time, in cash - before key is issued for unit.
Bar / Fridge are replenished with stock daily - feel free to ask if not present.
All expenditure not on original invoice must be settled in cash before departure.
The occupant / person responsible for the bill must ensure his correct name and details are on the invoice.
ROUTING FROM CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Set the odometer reading to 0, all distances noted below are from the car rental parking lot.
a) From the car rental area turn left onto the main road.
b) Follow this road around past one turn off and take the next turn to the left - sign post Cape Town.
c) Proceed along this road, out of the airport, to the motorway (N2), sign posted Cape Town,
you will bear right onto the motorway after 2,4 km.
d) Proceed along the N2 motorway past the first turn-off and take the next turn-off,
sign posted N7 Malmesbury, after 5,3 km.
e) At the top of the off ramp,
cross the first set of traffic lights and turn at the second set, Malmesbury N7.
f) Proceed along this road for 26 kilometres, passing the refinery and a few roads to the left until the sign
Melkbosstrand, at 31,3 km.
g) TURN LEFT AT THE MELKBOSSTRAND SIGN.
h) Proceed along this road for 8,4 kilometres until you reach a road crossing with traffic lights.
i) Turn right onto the R27 at the crossroads.
j) Proceed for 90,3 kilometres until the sign Saldanha at 130 km.
k) Turn left and proceed for approximately 12,5 km until crossroad (Saldanha / Vredenburg / Jacobsbaai).
l) At the crossroad, turn left towards Saldanha
and be on the lookout for the AVONDRUST pointer boards in Saldanha.
Avondrust Guest House is situated on Hoedjieskop Nature Reserve, to the right of the Main Road.
