This a tranquil suite is ideal to relax in after a long day of meetings. It is tastefully decorated in greys with a hint of mustard. It has twin beds and is the smallest room of the 3.
At Abelia Guest House - This homely and welcoming guest house offers 3 self-contained suites with outside entrances. It has stunning views and is situated within walking distance to a shopping centre and petrol station (Spar, florist, pharmacy).
The Waterstone Shopping Centre is approximately 1.4 km away, which also has a Virgin Active Gym. The Guest House is also perfect for those attending conferences at the Lord Charles Hotel and requiring accommodation in the surrounds.

The owners live on the property and there are two very friendly guard Labrador dogs that are always happy to welcome you. There is also a photography and dance studio on the property which is set away from the Guest House.

The Studio 2 Room is decorated in a photography theme with shades of grey and black and white. This used to be a photography Studio. The Room have a sweet shower basin and toilet. A separate Kitchenette is available with Fridge Microwave and on request.

Cancellation Policy:
- A reservation that has been provisionally confirmed is held for 24 hours, provided that the booking is paid within that period. - Reservations made on the day of arrival must be paid immediately for confirmation. - A quotation is not a booking. Only prepaid booking will be considered confirmed. - No unpaid bookings will be able to book in, and unpaid bookings will automatically be cancelled after the office closes on the day of arrival. - All rooms are subject to availability upon receipt of payment. - A 50% deposit can be paid to confirm the booking but the balance must be paid on or before arrival. - A suitable payment-plan may be agreed upon, depending on the date of the arrival or the owner's requirements
