The Building:
Asali lodge comprises of two wings with a central space terminating at the east end with a plunge / swimming pool, with a patio covered by a gum-pole fan that radiates out from the north wing studio and office.
Sunlight and its effective management by design, plays a fundamental role in highlighting the exterior forms of the building and illuminating the interior spaces through high placed windows.
External and internal building finishes are left natural: pigmented concrete-block walls, off-shutter concrete, timber and pigmented concrete floors, and galvanised steel-work. Colour is introduced into the curved ceilings of the bedrooms and other spaces, and doors and window frames.

Asali lodge offers luxury Garden Loft Suites, Balcony Bed-sitter Suites, Veranda Bed-sitter Suites and bedroom suites, all with en-suite bathrooms.
An intimate, forty seat conference venue, break-away rooms and catering facilities provide for a wide range of private and corporate functions. All facilities open onto a spacious garden court sheltered from the elements.
An attractive plunge pool at the end of the court provides a refreshing experience for guests. Secure, undercover and open parking is available for all suites.

When coming from the East London Airport, turn left onto Settlers Highway.
Continue driving (quite a long road) until you reach a big turning circle.
Turn left into Oxford Street at this circle.
