Amanzi Island Lodge is a few minutes’ drive from three fantastic golf courses; The Knysna Golf Course, Simola Golf Course and Pezula Championship Golf Course. Head into Knysna to explore the array of little shops and scrumptious restaurants that our bustling town has to offer. Take a short drive down the National Road and you’ll encounter African arts and crafts and quirky local wooden furniture. Friday evening and Saturday morning is the time to visit the local farmers’ markets where friends and family meet and greet. 31 Cearn drive, Leisure Isle, Knysna Coming from CAPE TOWN on the N2: Drive though Knysna Town, passed the Knysna hospital, until you come to a Quick Spar and Caltex garage on your right hand side. Take the next road right onto George Rex Drive, which will take you towards Leisure Isle and the Knysna Heads. Follow the signs to Leisure Isle. You’ll pass the Knysna Golf Course on your left hand side. Turn right onto Armstrong road, the causeway that will take you onto Leisure Isle. Once on the Island take the first left (Woodbourne Drive). This road becomes Cearn drive. Amanzi Island Lodge is number 31. Coming From PLETTENBERG BAY on the N2: Drive down the hill into Knysna. At the bottom of the hill, before the Caltex Garage, turn left onto George Rex Drive, which will take you towards Leisure Isle and the Knysna Heads. Follow the signs to Leisure Isle. You’ll pass the Knysna Golf Course on your left hand side. Turn right onto Armstrong road, the causeway that will take you onto Leisure Isle.
