The lounge area has a dining room table, two couches around a coffee table and 72cm TV with DStv. The facilities in the apartment include a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, under counter oven, four-plate hob stove, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. There is secure, off-street under cover parking for one vehicle and an open parking bay for others with remote controlled access. The bathroom includes a shower and bath. The apartment is serviced every alternate day.

The village of Hilton is a short 10 to 15 minutes’ drive away, where Cowan House Prep School and St Anne’s School for Girls are situated.
