The second bedroom in each house also has a double bed and the third bedroom in the first house has 3 single beds and in the second house 2 single beds. The other 2 bathrooms are shared between the rooms in each house. There is a single bed in the lounge of each house.

Refundable Breakage Deposit is as follows and is Payable on arrival:
- 1 to 5 Guests R1000
- 6 or more Guests R1500
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
