-  If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
-  If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
-  If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
-  If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

*The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in. *The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in. * Parties/events are NOT allowed without prior consent. * We operate a zero-tolerance policy regarding noise, drunk & disorderly behaviour, smoking inside and access to private area’s. *Management reserves the absolute right to cancel a stay immediately and request guests to leave the premises without a refund if they breach these rules. * The minimum age for unsupervised check-in is 21. * Smoking is not allowed inside. * Pets are allowed in pre-designated rooms - additional charge R100 per night. * Book Queen 1 or Queen 2 for small breeds / Book King 7 or King 8 for medium to large breeds. * Check-in from 14h00 to 18h00. * Check-out Strictly 10h00am. *This is NOT a self catering guesthouse. *We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card. *Guests will be liable for any breakages or damage caused during their stay. Security & Surveillance Notice:For the safety of our guests and the security of the property, a digital recording camera is active at the main entrance of the guesthouse to monitor arrivals and departures. This footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised management, and automatically overwritten within [insert number, e.g., 14 or 30] days unless required for incident investigation. No surveillance cameras are placed inside guest rooms or private recreational areas, in strict accordance with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). 3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION We will only use your personal information for the purposes for which it was collected and agreed with you. This includes: Processing, confirming, and managing your booking. Verifying your identity at check-in. Processing payments and issuing invoices. Responding to your inquiries, requests, or customer feedback. Complying with legal and regulatory requirements (such as immigration, tax, and tourism laws). 4. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
