Adem Guest Farm / Gasteplaas was established in the late 1990’s. The vision of the guest farm is to create a home where you can escape from the demanding city life. This special guest farm, with its friendly staff, will make you feel like family from the moment you arrive to the moment you depart.

Adem Guest Farm is a commercial farm on the well-known Northem slope of the Magaliesberg range. Guests can experience the tranquility, and beauty, of a place in a safe environment. Situated in Kroondal, 12 km from Olifantsnek Dam, Adem features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, lapa, braai area in a beautiful garden full of trees, children’s playground and free private parking. 

Our guests have the choice of fully equipped en-suite bedrooms, catering for two adults with the option of one child with private entrances, spacious self-catering units, and a beautiful honeymoon suite with a private garden with a romantic outdoor shower. The rooms are welcoming & cosy with a homely ambiance as expected from an established Guest Farm. Free WiFi and all the basic amenities needed will be provided when you are away from home to make your stay an unforgettable one. 

A real farmhouse breakfast can be enjoyed early in the morning with a three-course dinner on request to end your day at this beautiful guest farm.

Kroondal, the area where the guest farm is situated, is only 12 km from the Olifantsnek Dam and 17 km from Rustenburg. 

Adem is centrally located to visit the Hartebeesspoort Dam area with a variety of things to do like Elephant safaris, ballooning and Lesedi Cultural Village which can all be a part of your adventures for one day.

A quick visit to the Cradle of Humankind, which is only one hour’s drive from the guest farm, Maropeng, Sterkfontein Caves, Rhino and Lion Park can all be a part of your trip!
