Nestled in the charming town of Kathu, Northern Cape, Acondri Guesthouse offers a peaceful stay in South Africa’s renowned iron ore capital.

True to its name, which means “town under the trees,” Kathu is surrounded by the unique beauty of one of only two Camel Thorn tree forests in the world.

Our guesthouse features a selection of comfortable, air-conditioned en-suite rooms.  Choose from single, double, twin, or family rooms, each equipped with a TV (with selected DStv channels), a bar fridge, microwave, and tea-and-coffee-making facilities.

-  If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
-  If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
-  If cancelling 60 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

From Sishen Airport FASS: 1. Head northwest for 11 m. 2. Turn left and continue for 450 m. 3. Turn left onto R380 and drive for 6.6 km (approximately 5 minutes). 4. Turn left and continue for 75 m. 5. Continue straight for 450 m. 6. Continue onto Heide St and drive for 400 m. 7. Turn left onto Ian Flemming St and continue for 210 m. 8. Turn right onto Mimosa St and drive for 350 m. 9. Turn left onto Mopanie St and continue for 800 m. 10. Turn left onto Ysterhout St and drive for 65 m. 11. Turn left onto Stinkhout St and continue for 10 m. The destination will be on the left.
