Warm wooden floors and decor in shades of honey are completed by comfortable beds with crisp percale linen. Each room is fully serviced and stocked with tea, coffee and biscuits.
Sumptuous breakfasts are served in the open plan dining room and lounge. The winter chill is kept at bay by a roaring log fire and, during summer, one is able to enjoy the scented rose garden. Picnic baskets, lunch boxes and dinners are available upon request.

40 on Ilkey B&B offers a wide selection of rooms to cater for your every need. All the rooms have an en-suite bathroom with bath or shower or both. The beds are covered with white percale sheets and we only use Cloud 9 Classic beds for your comfort.
Room 1 sports an extra length, king size bed parquet floors and ensuite bathroom with bath.
Rooms 2 and 3 have 2 twin beds and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Rooms 4, 6 and 7 has a single bed and en-suitebathroom with en-suite bathroom. Cost effective and a perfect solution for a quick sleepover. Rooms 6 and 7 have private entrances.
