33 La Pirogue - This 3 bedroom, two bathroom apartment is situated on the beachfront in the secure La Pirogue complex, at Westbrook on the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, between Umhlanga Rocks and Ballito.

- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
The credit card used to make the online booking needs to be presented at check-in. A copy of the cardholder’s ID/ Passport is required on arrival.
- The unit must be left in a presentable condition with all lights off, windows closed and doors locked.
- No loud noise or Parties are allowed.
- Charcoal or wood BBQ/Braai is only permitted at the pool.
- There is an extra charge for the exit clean of R450,00, service cleans can be arranged by request and will be at an extra charge of R200,00 per clean.
- No parties or noise will be allowed inside the apartment, or in common areas.
- Guests that use the swimming pool are expected to wear appropriate swimming attire.
- Any damages will be charged to the guests.
- There is a refundable damage deposit of R1000,00 payable to the establishment 24 hours prior to check-in that will be refunded to the guest within 10 working days after check out if all linen is washed and no damages found.
