Situated in a quiet cul de sac, 23 Grace is a modern home with a large open plan lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen, opening out onto a large covered patio. Secure, alarmed garage parking is available upon request. Serviced daily, it is excellent for the solo holiday or business traveler as well as couples.
The property comprises of two tastefully furnished guest rooms. Each room is fitted with a Queen-sized bed with an electric blanket, a wall heater, an en-suite bathroom with heated towel rails and a hairdryer. Guests are provided with free toiletries such as hand soap, body wash, body lotion and shampoo, and tea and coffee facilities.
Alarmed garage or street parking, with direct home access, is available. (excellent for guests travelling with equipment). The property also boasts excellent home and street security.
23 Grace can also be hired out for breakfast, lunches, dinners and a South African BBQ for up to 10 people which makes it excellent for business or business entertaining. Individual packages can be tailor made to suite your needs.

All rooms have are furnished with a queen sized bed, electric blankets, heaters and coffee stations as well as a hairdryer, hand soap, body lotion, shampoo and body wash. Both showers are walk in.
Bedroom 1 has a full bathroom with a small walk in closet.
Bedroom 2 has an en suite shower.
- If cancelling 3 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

Check Out at 10.30am - Early check in or late checkout is possible, at a small additional charge only if room is available or we will hold your luggage for you.
