15 Praslin is a self-catering apartment in the popular, scenic holiday village of Ramsgate on the Kwazulu Natal South Coast in South Africa. The apartment is situated on the Estuary of the Little IBilanhlolo River so has the privilege of a river as well as a sea view.
The inverter ensures that you have basic electricity needs during loadshedding and the complex’s huge water tanks provide water back up.
The space is perfect for you to unwind and recharge, whether it be on the exclusive rooftop deck languishing in the plunge pool or sipping early morning coffee on the patio overlooking stunning views with birds singing in the river valley. The apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. A glass sliding doors opens up to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has twin beds that can be made up as a king-size bed. These 2 rooms share a full bathroom.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all you need, a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee filter machine, small appliances, all crockery and cutlery, cookware and serve ware. The spacious lounge cum dining room offers ample comfortable seating with a flat-screen TV, sound system and a six-seater dining suite.

A 3 bedroomed self-catering apartment with sea and river views. Fully equipped with all the necessities as well as inverter back up for basic electricity needs, alarm and water back up tanks.
Cancellation of bookings will be treated as follows:
- One month prior to arrival: 100% refund
- 21 days prior to arrival: 75% refund
- 14 days prior to arrival: 50% refund
- 6 days prior to arrival and no-show: 0% refund
* A refundable breakages deposit of R1 000 is required at the time of final booking payment in lieu of any breakages, damages or if keys are lost or damaged. This deposit is refunded after inspection.
* Strictly no smoking inside including the balcony, roof-top deck excepted.
* Regrettably accommodation not suitable for wheelchair.
* Prior arrangement for late arrivals or departures.
* No pets allowed.
* Children must be under adult supervision when in the pool area.
* Proper swimming attire to be worn at all times.
* No parties are allowed at 15 Praslin and all guests are asked to keep noise disturbances at a minimum and maintain quietness between 22:00 and 8:00 so that all residents of Praslin may peacefully enjoy use of the common property.
