10 Club Drive is situated in the prestigious Zimbali Estate on the Dolphin Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, just outside Ballito. The spacious 4-bedroom en-suite villa accommodates up to 8 guests and is a double storey home where some rooms are accessed via stairs only. Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet, while Bedroom 3 also features a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower and toilet. Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. Each bedroom has its own air-conditioning, while the master bedroom also features a TV, in addition to the TV in the main living area.
The villa offers a comfortable sitting area, dining space and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, air fryer, coffee maker and coffee/tea facilities.

Terms and Conditions
* The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests, with a maximum of 2 occupants permitted per bedroom.
* Only pre-registered guests are permitted to access the estate, and visitors are strictly not permitted.
* No domestic pets are permitted on the property.
* Boats and jet skis are not permitted on the estate.
* Smoking and hubbly bubblies are not permitted anywhere on the property.
* Private parties and social gatherings are not permitted.
* External service providers, including private chefs, mobile masseuses and event planners, are not permitted.
* Drones, fireworks, firearms, air guns and crossbows are prohibited on the estate.
* Guests may not feed, harm or disturb wildlife or pick or remove plant life.
* Tailgating and the illegal use of access cards are strictly prohibited.
* The estate speed limit is 25 km/h, with a maximum speed of 40 km/h on Zimbali Drive.
* Only licensed drivers may operate vehicles or golf carts within the estate.
* Uber and taxi services are limited to arrival drop-off and departure pick-up and may not be used for internal estate transport.
* Guests are required to drive carefully as wildlife, including buck and monkeys, roam freely throughout the estate.
* Excessive noise, loud music, revving of engines and shouting are not permitted and may result in fines.
* Abusive behaviour towards staff is not permitted.
* Driving under the influence is strictly prohibited.
* Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
* Linen, clothing and towels may not be hung from balconies or other visible areas.
* Swimming in the sea is not permitted as there are no lifeguards, and the beach and sea are public spaces outside the estate's liability.
* Check-in is from 15h00 to 18h30.
* Late check-in after 19h00 from Saturday to Thursday is subject to an R450 late check-in fee.
* Late check-in after 22h00 on Fridays is subject to an R450 late check-in fee.
* Check-out is before 10h00.
* Pre-arrival guest registration must be completed by 12h00 on the day before check-in.
* Late submission of pre-arrival guest registration will incur a R350 administration fee.

Directions:
Directions from King Shaka International Airport:
1. Leave King Shaka International Airport and follow signs for the N2 North towards Stanger/Richards Bay.
2. Continue on the N2 and pass through the Tongaat Toll Plaza.
3. About 6 km after the toll plaza, take the Ballito/Compensation Road off-ramp (Exit 210).
4. Turn right towards Ballito.
5. At the second traffic circle, take the 3rd exit onto the M4 towards Durban.
6. Continue for approximately 750 m, then take the Zimbali Estate North Gate exit.
7. Enter Zimbali Estate and follow the estate roads towards Club Drive.
8. Continue to 10 Club Drive, where the property is located.
