1-on-Ross consists of 4 units nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac just off Henry Road. It has a large attractive garden with a pool. Braai facilities are available.
The Flatlet is up a short flight of stairs and consists of a separate carpeted bedroom with a King-size bed (or twin beds) and a separate full bathroom. There is comfortable lounge seating. The two couches convert into sleeper-couches when necessary. A well-equipped kitchenette with hob, oven, full fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. offers a self-catering option. Air-conditioning, heaters and electric blankets are available.
The Cottage offers its own private garden. It consists of a lounge/kitchenette, bedroom and en-suite bathroom. It has Portofino luxury vinyl flooring in the bedroom and lounge. The bathroom is tiled. There is a king size sleeper couch (or two singles) in the lounge area. It is set up for semi-self-catering with a well-equipped kitchenette comprising bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, table and chairs, etc. Air con will keep you cool in summer plus heaters and electric blankets available for the chilly months.
The Single Unit offers fairly basic accommodation for a single person. It has a double bed, table with chair and small kitchenette with bar fridge and microwave oven. There is a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. It is adjacent to the larger cottage and also suitable as an overflow for an extra adult or child.
The Annexe is a very large, secluded, carpeted bedroom with a kitchenette and bathroom. It is situated on the end of the main house with its own private entrance. The bedroom section has a queen-size bed with bedside tables on either side and a single bed. There is also a large desk, small dining table and chairs, and wall heater for the colder weather. The kitchenette comprises a large fridge (in the corner of the bedroom) and adequate catering equipment. A gas stove is available if required. The bathroom is large, with double basins, a walk-in shower, big bath and toilet. An air conditioner is available on request and depends on the stability of the local grid.
Complementary tea, coffee, milk and a choice of cereals are provided. Breakfast is available on request
Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool and braai facilities at their own risk. All units have DSTV on flat screen FHD televisions. Complimentary Wi-Fi internet is available. Serviced daily.
