Hotel Accommodation
We may impose a cancellation fee in the event of a cancellation. The cancellation fee will depend on the nature of the booking, length of notice of cancellation and reasonable potential to find alternative customers. The following charges will apply:
Less than 7 days, forfeit the full amount paid
From 7 – 14 days, forfeit 50% of the full amount paid
Please note: No cash refunds in the event of a cancellation. If we accept the cancellation, the refund will be transferred into your bank account within 14 days from the date of receiving written confirmation of your banking details.
