- R100 cancellation fee for bookings cancelled more than 30 days before arrival date.
- 50% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled more than 7 days and less than 30 days before arrival date.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days before arrival date or upon arrival at Panorama Rest Camp.
