Cancellation Policy:
A non-refundable securing deposit is required to secure the conference. The outstanding balance must be paid in full upon arrival. In the event of cancellation the following rules shall apply: - More than 2 days prior to arrival: 0% cancellation fee - Less than 2 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee - In the event of any cancellation after arrival will forfeit balance of stay. We will only refund the meals - In the event of non-arrival of the guest, without notification, the guest/company will be liable for 100% of the reservation’s charges.
