The Cheriton Guest House is situated in the charming suburb of Seaforth, in the historic naval town of Simon’s Town. The well preserved, elegant Victorian house is set against a beautiful mountain backdrop, overlooking False Bay. There is a maritime theme throughout this century old home. This charming twin room with en-suite is situated on the main level of the house. A twin/ two single beds provide the perfect stay for two.
Superior comfort for one. Situated in the main house with an en-suite bathroom that has a spacious shower. There are the standard amenities with fast WIFI connection, DSTV, electronic safe and the luxury of air-conditioning.
Our deluxe room is situated on the lower level with a private entrance and easy access to the pool. A comfortable queen sized bed with en-suite bathroom, all room amenities and a separate kitchenette.
Our classic en suite room is ideally situated to the garden and pool with a semi-private outdoor seating area to relax and enjoy a sense of peace and tranquillity.
All cancellations must be done in writing. In terms of Chapter 2, Section 1 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, Cheriton Guesthouse is committed to best practice and as such has aligned its refunds policy to be in line with the Consumer Protection Act. (Section 17, subsection 3 (b); 4(a-d).
Directions from Cape Town International Airport:
Distance +/- 45 kms (about 45 mins depending on traffic):
Take N2 to Cape Town, then M3 to Muizenberg. At the T-junction at end of M3, turn right to Simon’s Town and left at the 2nd traffic light over Ou Kaapse Weg (M64).
Travel through Sun Valley and Glencairn until you reach a T-junction facing the sea. Turn right on to the M4 to Simon’s Town.
Travel through the town passing the station, shops, Tourist bureau. At the Police Station travel another 1km until the Seven Eleven.
Turn right into Harrington Road. At the top, turn right into Jan Smuts.
The Cheriton Guest House is on the next corner - 19 Belmont Road.
