Game Reserves in the vast Limpopo Province are found in different areas:Mapungubwe Area

Greater Kruger Park
The Kruger Park and private reserves near Hoedspruit form a large game conservancy with all fences been removed.
Located north on the border with Zimbabwe in the Musina area where elephant, giraffe, white rhino, eland, gemsbok and numerous other antelope species occur naturally. Waterberg Area
The malaria free Waterberg Biosphere Reserve
is mainly a mountain range that covers 14,500 square km and is the equivalent of 80% of the Kruger National Park. It is located in the north-western side of Limpopo, contains the Marakele National Park
