We thoroughly enjoyed our stay again. The camp is well run, the chalets are clean and comfortable and very good value for money. Its position in the berg is exceptional.

We had a comfortable stay at Injisuthi, it has the best access to the foothills of the Drakensberg and we had some wonderful walks. The drive is challenging once you get through the gate, I do hope you will be able to do some maintenance on the road in the future. Also, the wood sold at the little shop is always wet, it would make such a difference if there was dry wood. The staff were great and very helpful.

The chalet was clean and presentable. the grounds were in superb condition. Our interactions with all staff, obviously mainly front office, were seamless and helpful. All round, a great experience and good value for money. We will be back.

It is a beautiful campsite. Will be back. Super hiking. The road to get there does require careful driving for about 20km.

The facilities were clean and tidy. The establishment is located in a beautiful part of the Drakensberg. The hiking trails come in a wide range of difficulty, from easy short strolls to rigorous mountain hikes.

I read once a comment that it is imperative to visit Injisuthi at least once in your lifetime.
This is so true. We wish to commend Dennis the manager for his excellence for service, hospitality and everything that make a visit pleasant. This is by far the best Berg visit globally
Yes, part of the road is a bit rough but not inaccessible and actually add to the fun Emzemvelo really understand conservation!

The houses are quite dated, but the setting is probably my favorite in all of South Africa. The remote access and lack of cellphone reception means that you truly get away from it all. There are a myriad of day walks to choose from, and some great swimming spots in the rivers around the camp. Note that the road is quite bad, so although you can still travel with a sedan, it gets tricky in rainy conditions.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The accommodation had the simplicity we prefer. We would suggest simple maintenance be performed such as ensuring the bathroom door can close, and the towel rail came off the wall.

Although you are repairing potholes, concrete strip roads will pay off better than the tar road which was put on an unprepared base and will continue to give trouble. The last stretch of approaching road was rough. A signpost from the Bergville turnoff would relieve anxiety!
Directions via Winterton from Johannesburg would be better than from Estcourt and the website could give more information about what to bring e.g. towels and bedding provided, no fresh produce available. However, I think this is still one of the best spots to go in SA and we shall be returning and thank you for your efforts.

We stayed in the 8 bed cabin and except for the furniture which needs replacing as it was very old and the bathroom/toilet needs to be replaced, i can honestly say we had an exceptional time. The establishment was neatly kept, the staff were friendly. Will definitely recommend this place if you can get past the old furniture and bathroom/toilet issue.

Beautiful place, accommodation a bit old. Road very bad, one bridge almost completely washed away. Almost didn't make it home.
