Found the staff very friendly and extremely helpful at all times. Only negative was the dog that went to bite one of our children.
Would definitely stay again.

The underfloor heating was a bonus, but we would have appreciated an electric blanket on the bed!

Had a good stay, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable accommodation. The staff went the extra mile with flowers and bubbly in the room for our anniversary - this was much appreciated! Food was fairly good but lacked a bit of imagination - perhaps time to rethink the menu.
All in all certainly above average, I think the fact that the owners are personally involved in the running shows.

Great place in wonderful surroundings. Food, accommodation and hospitality very good.
However, it was not made clear when we booked that a twin bedroom meant in effect two bedrooms. We took it that it meant one twin bedded room. Had it been made clear we would have had no problems sharing. In stead we had four bedrooms for two couples. I think that it could have been described as a two bedroom family unit?
