If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit. If cancelling 90 days before arrival, forfeit 30% of the deposit.

Noise- Noordhoek is a haven of peace and tranquility and guests are requested to moderate noise, especially at night. Loud playing of music as well as parties are not permitted. Pets - No pets allowed, though we have a cat. Non Smoking. In the interest of the comfort of all of our guests, we do not permit smoking in the accommodation. Ashtrays are provided on the patios. Overnight visiting guests are not permitted.
