NB : Payment of the rental deposit by bank deposit or credit card, is due by the 2nd day after you make the booking, or prior to checking in, whichever is the earlier, failing which the booking is assumed to have been cancelled by you. Our daily rates includefree Internet/Wifi (not unlimited), M-Net & DSTV Hotel Bouquet ("Cable TV"), hot water & parking (VAT N/A), but excludes all meals, daily servicing, heating (optional extra R50p.d. per heater), late-checkin fee of R300 after 8pm (even if known in advance) & refundable Damage/Security Deposit of approximately R1000 for a 1-bedroom unit or R2000 for a 2-bedroom unit payable together with the rental balance on checking in. Please note that guests arriving after 20:00 on the day of arrival are subject to a late arrival fee.(R300) If you would like to choose the credit card option for payment of the rental deposit in advance, please note : As the same credit card that we have to charge now, has to be presented to us on arrival according to bank fraud-combat rules, please provide us with the credit card details of the card belonging to the guest/customer who must confirm they will be arriving with the card and will allow us to make an imprint of it, and make a copy of their ID/passport and sign our card sale slip before checking in, failing which we may not be able to check them in even though we have billed the card. If the card that we charge now has expired by the time you arrive, it is compulsory for you to produce your new card for above purposes. A small nominal refundable Damage/Security Deposit of approximately R1000 for a 1-bedroom unit or R2000 for a 2-bedroom unit or depending on circumstances, is payable on or before checking in, preferably by credit card "pre-authorisation" (or in cash only as last resort), refundable subject to damages, shortpayment, etc. If in cash, refunded into your account after checkout from 1st weekday after apartment cleaning & establishing cost of any damage/loss etc. The unit is self-servicing, i.e. it is not serviced daily by us. Cleaning & new towels/linen is done by us before checkin & after checkout only. For contact details, checking-in directions, area information, activities, terms, etc., and for more details, inventory of contents and pictures of your Apartment and the other Apartments we manage in 9 diverse buildings, please go to the tabs named "Holiday Accommodation", "Area Info", "Terms" & "Contact" on our website. Check-in (getting keys & directions to whichever building you have chosen to stay at), is from 16.00pm (or earlier if possible, depending on whether previous guests are departing from your unit on the morning of your arrival day) at our main Reception office at The Centurion All-Suite Hotel in Sea Point (close to our other buildings), irrespective of which building you have booked to stay at. Check-out is up to 10.00am (or later if possible, depending on whether other guests are checking into your unit on your departure day). If there is no departure by others that morning and the unit has been prepared the day before, we will certainly be able to check you in early. Kindly indicate your expected time of arrival & mobile tel. number and whether you are arriving by taxi/shuttle or with your own car, and please call us at least 1 hour before arrival, to avoid a delay in your checking-in. Directions for checking in (payment, getting keys & directions to whichever building you have chosen to stay at) : From N1 or N2 national roads or from airport to our main Reception office address (Nr 1 Frere Road, Sea Point) at The Centurion All-Suite Hotel, corner of Main Rd & Frere Rd (behind "KFC", in same block as "Clicks" & "Pick 'n Pay", on same corner as "He Sheng" restaurant), Sea Point, Cape Town: Follow national road signs to "Cape Town". As soon as you enter Cape Town, follow road signs to "Sea Point". When you see the ocean on your right, you will be on Beach Rd, from which you turn left into Rocklands Road, straight across Main Rd into Frere Rd past "He Sheng" on the right-hand corner and drive into the first driveway on your right. Please come to the main external reception which is on the short passage between the pavement and the tower of the building, not inside the tower, and check in only with Vassi : Vassi - 021 4348781 & 082 4903265.
