Zulu Nyala Private Game Reserve provides a unique bush experience in the heart of one of South Africas most diverse conservation regions. Nestled between the wilderness reserves of Mkuze, Hluhluwe, St. Lucia and Sodwana Bay, this lush stretch of paradise is home to a wide variety of game, from the majestic elephant to rhino, buffalo, hippo, giraffe the secretive leopard and cheetah and the shy Nyala antelope that are endemic to the region.
The privately owned reserve is home to over 40 different species of animal and magnificent birdlife.
A large variety of game reserve activities and excursions are available to all guests of Zulu Nyala Safari Game Lodge, Heritage Safari Lodge and Hemingway Tented Camp.
For a wedding or function thats decidedly out of the ordinary go wild and whisk your guests away to Zulu Nyala in unspoiled Kwa-Zulu Natal. Ceremonies can be hosted at the stunning stone and thatched hilltop Safari Game Lodge, or at the spacious and gracious Heritage Safari Lodge, where both tents and standard rooms are your accommodation options.
At the Safari Game Lodge, you can say your vows before panoramic views and feast under a flame-lit boma. Or you could choose to create a magical, night-time setting under the starry skies in our unique quarry venue. You could even consider adding some nostalgic romance to your wedding photographs by making use of the old film set where Kim Basinger filmed I Dreamed of Africa.
