World Quarters
Enter a mystical world blessed by the blissful smile of a gold leaf-covered 19th-century Burmese Buddha. Step into a land that time forgot. The authentic hand-painted Tibetan tanka (embroidered silk painting) featuring a mandala that conjures the cosmos of millennia past. As you sign The Vagabond traveler guest book, glance over your shoulder and imagine the Burmese and Thai marionettes at play.

The salotto (living room), warmed by the hand-made nomadic Saharan tapis, features a one-of-a-kind collection of more than 100 Lonely Planet travel guidebooks to the world`s most far-flung destinations. Fellow Vagabonders browse the library, dreaming and planning future expeditions to faraway ports of call. The book In your hand, read by the light of the mosaic glass Ottoman chandelier, is your passage to that long-dreamt of escapade.

At the top of stair, you find authentic West African oil paintings depicting crowed markets, music making, joyous carnival, and traditional dance. A generous collection of Angolan traditional musical instruments adorn the facing walls and includes Marimba, Batuque, Saxi, and hard to find Kissange, Omakola, Reco Reco.

After a dream-enchanted night, awaken to a delightful morning repast of assorted seasonal berries and melons along with delicious breads and delectable cheeses, served atop a playfully colored Balinese fisherman`s boat enjoyed by you and your breakfast companions to the aroma of fragrant coffee or expresso.

Asian Kingdom
The Asian kingdom features a large queen fitted master and a separate single room ideal for a small family of three. The room is very comfortable and relaxing with two large windows enabling gentle light to warm the atmosphere. The rooms are linked by a windowed shower and bath, the largest bathroom in the house.

A journey to the far east. Walk across bamboo flooring pass the framed hand-made silk kimono toward the glass-mounted handmade paper fans all manifesting the delicacy and intimate detail of fine eastern craftsmanship.

African Parolor
The African Parlor features a stoned shower bath with two double rooms, each of which may be arranged in a twin bed or a king arrangement. The African Parlor decor features the original works of West African handicrafts as well as paintings from renowned Angolan painter Pinha.

Safari to the cradle of the world. Enjoy the sunniest living space in the house before drawing the authentic Masai curtains against the late afternoon, radiant Cape Town sunset.

Arabian Suite
The Arabian Suite features a queen-sized Moroccan bed, an intimate living area, and a private full-length glass-door shower bath.

Caravan back to the dunes. Picture yourself before a camel-boned mirror and matching treasure chest from Marocco as you sip the most fragrant of Middle-eastern teas seated atop luxurious cushions on a 19th-century Persian carpet from Kazakhstan.
