Cancellation Policy:

- Room reservations are only guaranteed on payment of deposit.
- For non-arrival or premature departure 100% of the total accommodation fee is payable.

Cancellation cost is calculated from the day prior to arrival date and is based on deposit paid:
- If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival a 10 Percent fee of total accommodation will apply.
- If cancelled 14 to 29 days prior to arrival a 25 Percent fee of total accommodation will apply
- If cancelled 7 to 13 days prior to arrival a 50 percent fee of total accommodation will apply.
- If cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival or in the event of an early departure, the full extend of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
