Cancellation Policy:
The full amount must be paid before occupation. A 50% deposit can be made to secure the booking.
No show or cancellation within 14 days of stay – No refund due.
Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before stay – 25% of the deposit that was required will be refunded.
Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before stay – 50% of the deposit that was required will be refunded.
A 35% cancelation fee will be charged if cancel 60 days prior to the booking.
