Check-in (payment &  getting keys), is from 14.00pm (or earlier if possible, depending on whether previous guests are departing from your unit on the morning of your arrival day). We will meet you by prior arrangement at the building.  Check-out is up to 10.00am. You check out on your own without meeting the Host and you simply leave the keys inside the locked Apartment.

Well before your arrival date, kindly inform us if you will need the parking, inform us if one of you will need the sleeper couch opened for sleeping purposes, inform us your expected arrival time, and call us at least 2 hours before arrival, to avoid you waiting for us to check you in. Check-in contact persons’ details can be provided to you on request. 

The promotional low daily rates include for 2 adults, thereafter surcharge applies on daily rate. Children of 3 years and older, are classed as adults. (Surcharge per extra adult/child = + 33%)

During certain high peak periods like Christmas, Easter, etc., the applicable rates will be higher than the below rates, for certain portions of any month.

Our rates include free Internet/Wifi, M-Net & DSTV Hotel Bouquet (“Cable TV”), hot water & parking (VAT N/A), but exclude all meals, daily servicing (Not available. Cleaning & new towels/linen before check-in & after check-out only), heating (optional extra R80p.d. per heater), & refundable Damage/Security Deposit of R3000.

The Damage/Security Deposit of R3000 is payable to the Host on the same day of acceptance of quote and rental payment to the website. It is refundable subject to damages, short payment, etc., refunded after checkout on the day after apartment cleaning & establishing cost of any damage/loss etc.

Cancellation Policy:

No rental refund is due to guest due to cancelling, shortening or shifting the booking period due to death, flight cancellations or any coronavirus related reasons.

In event of guest cancelling, shortening or shifting the booking period, at anytime after making the booking for ANY reason, payment of rental for full initial period is still due before check-in.

Refund amount is dependent on extent of income from subletting on guest’s behalf (shortfall at guest’s cost), and subject to deduction of R500 admin fee per sublet check-in.

Guest is deemed to have viewed & approved of apartment based on the website details, before paying for the booking.
Minor defects are to be rectified by the Host and are no grounds for cancellation of booking.
The Host & staff shall not be liable for any loss/damage/injury sustained, of whatever nature or cause, including gross negligence.
Guests undertake to abide by the building’s house rules for good conduct, or incur penalties.

Directions  :   From N1 or N2 national roads or from airport to Mouille Grange building at 33 Beach Road, Mouille Point :
On reaching the end of the highway at the entrance into Cape Town :
Use the right 3 lanes to turn right onto Helen Suzman Blvd/M6.
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Granger Bay Blvd.
Turn left onto Fritz Sonnenberg Rd.
Turn right onto Beach Rd.
Destination will be on the right.
