Only 5 km (3.1 miles) from the gate of the Kgalagadi National Transfrontier Park, the Kgalagadi Lodge offers the perfect affordable, alternative to stay in the national park. Our clean, fresh style compliments the area and bring together the vast array of cultures in the desert.

Strategically placed, our chalets make every morning a special treat. Seeing the sun rise from your front porch is an unforgettable experience, and this alone will make you want to return.

Excellent. It's our second stay and we'll definitely be back.

Friendly staff. Good access to the National Park. Flexible accommodation. Well-appointed rooms and aircon.
Restaurant is OK but they don't cater at all for vegetarians, very last century in this regard
Probably the ugliest architecture of anywhere I've stayed, anywhere, ever, on safari
But I'd go there again, especially if they up their game for vegetarians (I'm a meat-eater, but my son isn't).

The lodge was very clean and comfortable. The houses lying on the hill offer a
beautiful view. The small water hole directly in front of our house was visited
by wild animals in the morning and the evening.

It is in a beautiful place, very close to the park. The chalet was very clean, cosy and new. We enjoyed our staying and the food at the restaurant. We would suggest it.
