Our self catering private lodges can accommodate up to 8 people. The lodges are fully equipped, with all cutlery, crockery, linen and towels, as well as fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle provided. The lodges are air-conditioned and have a splash-pool

Accommodation is in private self catering bush lodges on Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, each set on a 5000sqm stand.
Our 2 private lodges are called Javali Lodge and Igugu Lodge. Both lodges have 3 separate buildings, one is the central lodge area with open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge, and a guest toilet, the other 2 wings consist of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each, as well as break / bbq facilities and a splash pool.
There are several game drive routes on the estate, as well as 2 large dams, each with an elevated bird hide. The estate is a great base for day trips into Kruger Park, or game drives into neighbouring big 5 reserves. Attractions in the area include the Moholoholo rehabilitation centre, the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre, Khamai Reptile Park, the Blyde Canyon and Blyde Dam, and even the Panorama Route (Pilgrim`s Rest, Graskop, Sabie) etc is nearby enough for day trips. Activities range from hiking and cycling to micro lighting, hot air ballooning, quad biking, 4x4, white water rafting and horse riding.
