Cape Grace Hotel sits on its own quay in Cape Towns V&A Waterfront, with a working dock on one side and a multimillionaire yacht playground on the other.

Our recent refashioning, inspired by Cape Towns heritage, juxtaposes modern and period with hand-painted murals and silk drapes, Cape artifacts and a dose of quirk and wit through chandeliers hanging with unusual objects. What distinguishes Cape Grace decor is the local craftsmanship that speaks of attention to detail and dedication; qualities that embody every Cape Grace experience.

Accommodation at Cape Grace Hotel
Astounding natural beauty, sweeping landscapes, exciting cuisine and vibrant culture marks Cape Town as one of the world’s most magnificent cities. Our meticulously crafted accommodation at Cape Grace gives full expression to its rich legacy.

Each one of the uniquely designed rooms have been inspired by the charm and wonder of our South African and Cape heritage, inviting travellers to discover and connect with the history and culture of our fascinating region.

Ship manifests, rare Cape Dutch antiques and local artwork renditions of our botanical kingdom have been sourced piece by piece to create a tapestry of depth, texture and contemporary style.

In cool hues of blue, warm shades of red and rich tones of green and gold, each of the 120 guest rooms and suites is completely unique and has its own “story” – the focal point from which the rest of the design elements flow. Deluxe amenities and personalised touches complete our guests’ comfort and enhance their experience.

Culinary Delights
From the spa to the pool, Bascule whisky bar to Signal restaurant, there is an intuitiveness that makes everything unfold with a sense of ease.

Savour inspired dishes infused with local flavours at Signal Restaurant, indulge in tiers of treats during our time-honoured Afternoon Tea, and don’t leave without appreciating our world-class whiskies and the best South African wines at Bascule Bar.

Each one of our culinary expressions take place in exquisite settings that enhance our guests’ unique dining experiences. Breakfasts, light lunches, bespoke brunches, seasonal tasting menus and cocktails all merge in a world of flavour, creativity and Cape Town’s finest views.

So, whether it’s a crisp and crunchy salad by the pool, a perfectly muddled mojito cocktail in the Bascule lounge, or a multi-course gastronomic feast at Signal Restaurant, we assure a seamless, sensory experience.
