Nestling on a large park, Boord Guesthouse, are three minutes from Stellenbosch Historic Centre in Dorp Street. The Stellenbosch Mediclinic is down the road from us, as is the Boord Shopping Centre.
There is quick access to the R44 to take you directly onto the world famous Wine Route, the Beach, Cape Town and, of course, the airport - all hassle free: avoiding Stellenbosch Central traffic.
Boord Guest House is in harmony with the Stellenbosch`s world-famous architecture. It`s suites are very spacious. Boord Guest House is a home from home. Our preferred clients are in Stellenbosch for a slightly longer stay, value their independence, yet enjoy their luxuries and wish to avoid the tourist crush savouring this unique University town with a very conveniently placed location.

We have 6 suites, each with a Queen sized four poster extra length bed, a bathroom en suite, a fully equipped kitchenette, a private outdoor space, a small dining area. DStv, free WiFi, and full access to the communal garden, Pool Deck with built in barbeque, Champagne Pool, Fire Pit Booma Area for stargazing under the African Sky, Breakfast Pavillion, Cosy Lounge with fireplace and interesting book and classical music collection, kitchen for communal use, with full laundry facilities and a Lavazzo Coffee Machine.
Morning tea may be ordered for Room Service at a pre-arranged time. However, should you require coffee, there is a plunger as well as a coffee machine in your room, so you can then just request a wake-up call and make coffee for yourself according to your tastes. A hot water bottle in your bed at night will be supplied by pre-arrangement as well.
A light breakfast buffet is included in your rate and is served between 7 and 9 am in our Breakfast Pavilion. Should you wish to enjoy a hot breakfast, you are welcome to make use of our fully equipped communal kitchen as this is a self catering establishment for longer stays and the sooner you make yourself at home, the better.
Let management know when you need to have your room made up, by making use of the door handle sign. Request fresh bath or poolside towels from the staff. There is a washing machine & tumble drier in the communal kitchen for your personal laundry use. Ask the staff to bring you an iron and ironing board to your room when you need one.
