A room with a double bed, shower, TV and DSTV. This Self-catering unit has a communal kitchen with a fridge, as well as a dining room.
Deluxe Room with Full Bathroom
A room with a double bed, bathroom with shower and bath. The room has a TV and DSTV. Breakfast optional at an additional cost.
Loerie Cottage is a 4 sleeper cottage which consists of a double room and one twin room with two single beds, shower only. The unit features a sitting room with flat screen TV & DSTV, a fully equipped kitchen, a large enclosed garden with a patio and braai pit.
Fish Eagle Cottage
This 6 sleeper cottage consists of 1 double room with its own shower and 2 twin rooms with two single beds in each room. The unit has a separate bathroom with a shower and a bath. The unit has a sitting room with flat screen TV & DSTV and a fully equipped kitchen. The unit is situated adjacent to the Lapa and swimming pool.

A Birdwatcher's Paradise
Located within an Internationally designated Ramsar Site (Wetlands of International importance). The indigenous forests and protected lakes areas, lends itself to excellent bird watching. The Malachite Kingfisher Hide and the Rondevlei Bird Hide are close to Belle Fort and provide a peaceful location from which to view a multitude of birdlife.
For the adventurous
Hiking, kloofing and cycling enthusiasts will love the Garden Routes many trails on offer, with stunning views and challenging routes. Surfing, kite surfing, boogie boarding and body surfing can be enjoyed at any of our nearby beaches. Eden Adventures offers canoeing along the Touw River, where one can picnic at the waterfall or along the banks of the river. Paragliding is very popular along the Garden Route and thrill seekers are welcome to visit our many launch sites.
Lakes and sea nearby for Water Sport lovers and Fishing enthusiasts. Lakes within our area are hosts to a large variety of aquatic species with an abundance of birdlife. Sports in the surrounding area include canoeing, cycling, abseiling, kloofing, paragliding, boating, fishing, hiking, quad biking to name but a few.
Follow the N2 in the direction of Wilderness. Continue past the Wilderness Village, you will soon see a Caltex Filling Station on your right hand side. Continue for approximately 3km and look out for a sign to your left, DIE VLEIE. Turn left and follow the narrow tarred road, crossing the railway line onto a gravel road until you reach a T-junction marked, WILDERNESS / RONDEVLEI, turn right and follow the road for another 2km. Look out for the sign on your left with a little Buck face on it, Belle Foret / Egru Eco farm.
