- Cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival will be fully refundable. - Cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the total booked value. - Cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be charged a 100% cancellation fee of the total booked value. - A no-show is the non-arrival of a GUEST without notification to the Hotel. In the case of a no-show a 100% no-show fee of the total booked value will be charged.
