The popular Fountain Apartment (30m), is a cosy, upmarket Granny Flat type of apartment with a queen-sized bed, a modern bath and an open plan, stylish kitchenette. The Fountain Apartment has a private entrance access from the garden - a veranda with barbeque facilities and comfortable patio furniture. 

You can enjoy total privacy in your exclusive ~40m garden with the fountain splattering softly in the background. 

View Apartment (sleeps 2 + 2)
Our View Apartment (60m) is an upmarket apartment with a separate bedroom (twin beds, for 2 single persons or a couple), en-suite bath with shower, a sleeper couch(for 2 children, or 2 young adults) in the lounge and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. . It has a separate entrance, accessed from the terrace. The spacious ( 30m), sunny terrace is fitted with barbeque facilities and comfortable patio furniture. It invites for breakfast in the sun or a barbeque at sun downers time. This exclusive for your use terrace overlooks the mountains, wine lands and the False Bay. This apartment is ideal for a longer stay.

Pool Apartment (sleeps 2 + 2)
The Pool apartment is a spacious (60m), modern furnished, very private apartment with a separate entrance and a beautiful exclusive garden and patio area equipped with comfortable patio furniture and barbeque. The sunny patio invites for breakfast in the sun or a barbeque at sundowners time, close to the pool. 

It has a spacious up market, open plan kitchen with a dining table seating six, and a cosy living area with satellite TV and a sleeper couch (for two adults) The separate bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a spacious modern en-suite bathroom.

Take the N2 in the direction of Somerset West, turn left onto the R44 to Stellenbosch; at the Lord Charles Hotel (first big intersection), turn right onto Main Rd. (M9) to Somerset West, and turn left into Lourensford St. (M168), then take the second right into Morkel Str. towards Somerset House School to meet us on the left side of High St, corner of High and Oatlands Str.
