The Wild Coast Sun Resort is set on 750 hectares of natural bush between the Umtamvuna and Mzamba Rivers with gorgeous south coast accommodation overlooking the Indian Ocean. Although the resort is in the Eastern Cape, it is merely 1 kilometre south of KwaZulu-Natal, so it receives a lot of support from local KwaZulu-Natal and Eastern Cape residents. In 2011, the Wild Coast Sun underwent a major refurbishment to improve the casino, restaurants and bars and introduce a new water park, Wild Waves.

Golf
The Wild Coast Sun Country Club is a rugged beauty of a golf course. This Wild Coast golf course may be a daunting challenge for professionals and amateurs alike but its’ wide fairways and huge greens attract golfers of all levels. At face value the score card might suggest that this course is a bit of a push-over, less than 6,000 metres in length with 6 par threes.

The reality is that the Wild Coast Sun Country Club is one of South Africa's most testing layouts. Designed by the renowned American golf course architect, Robert Trent Jones Jnr, this Wild Coast golf course has created a dramatic golfing experience overlooking the Indian Ocean.

The Wild Coast Sun is proud to sport a beautiful and tranquil spa that is located on the second floor of the hotel. The Wild Coast Sun Beauty Salon provides an extensive range of delightful pampering treatments and beauty treatments ranging from: pedicures to manicures, facials and massages to indulgent sauna and spa-bath treatments.

Water Park
New Wild Waves Water Park

The Wild Coast Sun is the perfect destination for family holidays in South Africa and to add to the excitment is the R80 million Wild Waves Water Park.

Whether you’re 3 or 63, this expansive water park has a ride for you. Several of the world’s best rides have been imported from Canada, and all Wild Waves rides are guaranteed to thrill.

Kids under 1.2 metres and/or under 43kg will not be able to go on certain rides.

The Wild Coast Sun Conference Centre is the perfect venue for your next function, conference or formal dinner. We are able to cater to many varying needs and have a wide arrangement of conference venues available. If you are need of a conference venue for a board meeting of 20 delegates or a formal seating plan for 624, we are able to realise your needs with professionalism and efficiency, in an environment that is both comfortable and well-appointed.

The Wild Coast Sun conference venue consists of 11 venues, 2 pre-assembly areas, an expansive lawn area and the Tropical Nites Auditorium that can seat 674 people.

The Wild Coast Sun is an exclusive coastal resort with 302 rooms and by June 2012, 396 rooms. The combination of luxury accommodation, conference centre, country club, casino and natural surroundings, makes it the ideal destination for holidays, conferences, incentive trips and sporting events.

All rooms have satellite television with maginet, radio, telephone, bath, shower, hairdryer, electric razor plug, 24-hour in-room dining and fully adjustable air conditioning.

The Shop - The Shop stocks a variety of essential items such as toiletries, newspapers, magazines, postcards, curios, cigarettes and sweets. It is located in the reception area of the hotel and is open daily from 08h00 - 23h00.

Up Front - Up Front has a wide selection of general gifts, souvenirs and curios and is situated in the Aloha Village. This gift shop is open daily from 09h00 - 17h00.

Vee's Boutique - Vee’s Boutique can be found in the reception area of the hotel and stocks a selection of ladies clothing, including formal-wear, designer collections, casual wear, beach attire, shoes and accessories. This store is open daily from 09h00 - 17h00.

Wild Coasters - Wild Coasters offers attractive beach and sportswear, ranging from sarongs to name-brand beachwear. It is open daily from 10h00 – 17h00.
