The Sabi Sand has a reputation that it offers the best game viewing you’ll find in South Africa as this area is known to have an excellent diversification of animal species.
Over two hundred different species occur in abundance and the bird life will fascinate even the most experienced ornithologist.

Malelane and Hectorspruit (area south of Kruger Park)
The area adjacent and south of the Kruger Park is mountainous with impressive outcrops of granite boulders. The area is very accessible and most lodges are located close to or next to the freeway connecting Nelspruit with Maputo in Mozambique.
