Barberton Manor Guest House

Average Guest Rating:

Built in 1927, after a Sir Herbert Baker design, Barberton Manor Guest House takes you back to the old days, as the house is still in its original state: pressed (iron) ceilings, Oregon pine floors, Birma teak doors, fire places in the truly spacious rooms.

However, we put in modern comfort: luxurious bathrooms in every room, ceiling fans, satellite television (DSTV & MNet) and king size beds.

Barberton Manor Guest House Reviewed by Herman Jacobs on 19 December 2007
Friendly hosts. Beds were very uncomfortable. For the price one could expect an air conditioner, as it was very hot. Good breakfast. Could suggest some bottled water or access to coffee in the rooms.
