Built in 1927, after a Sir Herbert Baker design, Barberton Manor Guest House takes you back to the old days, as the house is still in its original state: pressed (iron) ceilings, Oregon pine floors, Birma teak doors, fire places in the truly spacious rooms.
However, we put in modern comfort: luxurious bathrooms in every room, ceiling fans, satellite television (DSTV & MNet) and king size beds.

How to get there See Map Coming from Nelspruit:
* Take the R40 to BarbertonSwaziland (± 40 km)
* Pass the sign ‘Barberton’ and go straight ahead, direction Swaziland and ‘MediClinic’
* At the next stop/crossing turn right – this is Sheba Road **
Coming from Gauteng:
* Take the N4 to Nelspruit; 100 meters past Milly’s Tankstop, take off-ramp right, to Machadodorp
* Through Machadodorp, to Badplaas
* At T-junction, turn left: R 38 to Barberton (± 68 km)
* At the crossing with the R40, turn right, to Barberton
* Pass the sign ‘Barberton’ and go straight ahead, direction Swaziland and ‘MediClinic’
* At the next stop/crossing turn right – this is Sheba Road **
Coming from Kaapmuiden/Malelane:
* Take the R38 to Barberton (± 55 km)
* At the 4-way stop/crossing with the R40 (to the right is Nelspruit – to the left is Swaziland), go straight ahead - this is Sheba Road **
** After 1.500 m, (you will pass the High School), Barberton Manor Guest House**** is at your left.
Getting to Mpumalanga by air:
Mpumalanga is served by several direct flights to Nelspruit, Malelane and Skukuza.
Airport transfers arranged.
Health & Climate Barberton is situated in a fully malaria free zone.
As smoking is extremely bad for one's health, we don't accept it on our property!
