The Tuscany is situated on the top of the dunes overlooking the Indian Ocean.

The house is built in Mediterranean style and has three en-suites with balconies facing the sea.

There are several comfortable places around the pool and at the edge of the dunes to sit and enjoy the view.

Enjoy the spacious garden and sparkling swimming pool.

Stroll down your private path to the unspoilt stretches of white beach of Wilderness and experience its beauty and tranquility.

The sun sets late in the evening, providing a kaleidoscope of colours as you watch it disappear.

You can enjoy our special breakfast with homemade bread and cakes on the veranda while listening to the sounds of the breakers and the birds.

The spacious living area and the garden with swimming pool will surely make you feel right at home in The Tuscany.

Rooms
Watch the whales and dolphins from your room.

Our beautifully decorated rooms all have their own bathrooms and are furnished with TV (satelite) and a safe.

You can make use of the bar in the lounge for coffee/tea-making facilities and a refridgerator.

Activities
Since Wilderness is situated so centrally in the Garden Route and Little Karoo, it is an ideal starting point for exploring their highlights: Oudtshoorn, Mossel Bay, Knysna, Plettenberg bay and Tsitsikamma National Park.
These are all within easy reach as a daytrip.
Between August and December the whales can be viewed clearly from the balconies and the lawn of the Tuscany.
Knysna is only 40 km from Wilderness and is ideal to visit by taking the famous Outeniqua Choo-Choo. This steamtrain goes from George to Knysna, via Victoria Bay and Wilderness.
