I have slept at Kapenta on a number of times, this time around something was amiss. At the flat we were in, 49, the beds were shabilly made up. There was no soap with shampoos and teas and coffees, as I have known over the years. The wait at reception on check out was long. Otherwise the staff at Reception was helpful and kind.

A suggestion - it would be nice to have more of a variety on your a la cart menu - veggie meals, milk shakes, etc. The units should be sprayed regularly for insects - we had tons of ants and spiders. Other than that all went well, thank you!
