Thank you for the excellent welcome we received at the reception. Our room was taken care off on a daily basis by friendly staff and whatever we requested we had it in time. We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel during the holidays. We also enjoyed our daily breakfast, with staff/waiters that recognized us always.

We enjoyed the warm welcome and treatment throughout our stay by the hotel staff. The breakfast was very accommodating and we appreciate the extend that the Hotel went to arrange a special breakfast for all the athletes, without being asked to do so. Keep it up, we wont hesitate to stay with you next time.

Excellent, but the only thing I wasn't happy with is the waiting at the dining hall (breakfast). May be they should consider having a bigger dining hall.
